The Non-Surgical Face Lift. Does it Really Exist?

I’m the first to investigate a new anti-aging product or procedure, and have been for the last twenty years. Sometimes I’ve even gone so far as to indulge myself with the promise of eternal youth, but with all the new technology such as lasers, thermage, microcurrent and magic lotions and potions, there is always a cost. It might be the price, the risks or the inconvenience. (See full article)

The most recent one I tired was the electro-stimulation face lift. Several electrodes were placed on my face and the an electric current was emitted that caused my muscles to contract and have a mini work out while I just relaxed on a soft bed with gentle music. It takes about 10 treatments that are done twice a week to get to the maintenance level. After you reach the maintenance level a monthly visit is all you need to maintain your new "look-as-if-you’ve-had-botox" face. Some people see results in a couple of weeks, some need the full 10. Everyone is different. It really works and if you’ve got the time...and the money ( $85-$120 per treatment) you can have the face.

Now in the privacy of your own home, for as little as 10 minutes a day, facial exercise claims are that there really are things you can do that can help get that youthful jawline and line free forehead back. Would you be willing to give 10 minutes a day for a few weeks to try it and see for yourself? You can see the full article for a couple of good books on the subject.

Diligence and consistency are necessary to see results and maintain your non-surgical face lift. But the most important thing you can do is smile. It lifts the face and the spirits like nothing else.

And in parting I'd just like to mention that the new format for the Breakthrough Beauty Secrets Newsletter is up and running. There is a great "give-away" every month. Check it out and enter the drawing.
