What You Should Know About Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC)

IBC or Inflammatory Breast Cancer has been in the news a lot lately, more so now since this month is breast cancer awareness month. IBC is not a common form of breast cancer, but one of which women should be made aware. It is often misdiagnosed and spreads rapidly. So please take the time to learn about it. Last April I came home from a business trip with a small red lump on my breast. I was hoping it was a bug bite, but in the back of my mind I kept thinking about an acquaintance of mine who had died from IBC. Getting the details of how she found it and her delayed diagnosis, I cautiously watched the red lump on my own breast. I tried all the remedies for bug bites and it was very slow to respond. But finally and thankfully it did go away. A couple of months later my daughter sent me a video clip with information on IBC and asked if I had ever heard of this form of cancer. I told her I had and asked her, " Why do you think I was so concerned with that bug bite I had?." So just be aware. Take care of yourself and visit http://www.ibcresearch.org/ for more information on IBC.

What They Don't Tell You About Breast Implants

Since it is breast cancer awareness month I thought I’d talk about taking the fast lane to a better bustline with breast implants. Considering that I work with mostly women, I’ve seen a lot of apprehension to breast augmentation with implants. And rightly so. I had heard a few horror stories about problems with implants, a couple of the victims I knew personally and others were just rumors. So I called up the radiologist where I get my mamograms to get the real story. This is what she said>>>More

Making Success A Habit

You might want to know what success has to do with beauty. You might speculate that it takes successful habits to get into a good regimen for health and beauty. But more than that, success breeds confidence and and a confident person is a beautiful person. Have you ever seen head turns as a woman walks into the room and by today’s standards she has only average physical beauty, yet she draws the attention of most everyone she passes? That is the power of confidence. A confident person carries themselves differently than a unconfident person. A confident person exudes an energy that feels good to be around. To be more confident and to make success one of your beneficial habits go to http://www.janicebird.com and click on the article, "Making Success A Habit."

The Power Of Gemstones

Could the secret of physical, emotional, and spiritual healing come from inside the earth?

When I first heard about gemstone therapy I thought the person explaining it to me was a little over the edge. Now I am open to metaphysical ideas, but rocks that heal? In the past couple of years, I must admit, I’m becoming a believer in an optimistically skeptical sort of way.

Everything in the universe has it’s own unique vibration. These gemstones use their particular power or vibration to resonate with the human body to help balance and heal physically, emotionally and spiritually. Each gemstone has its unique abilities to heal. My focus is on assisting women in finding and enhancing their own natural beauty. See what gemstone I chose and why read more>>>
